The a/c had gone out the previous night. The next morning I attempted to call 2 other local companies, they did not answer. Called Carl, he answered on the first ring. He was at my door within two hours with the part and I was one happy person. He is fair and he knows his business.

Someone else messed up the project. I called Carl, he came out, fixed the problem and told me I should get money back from the other guy. He explained what he did, did a wonderful job. Now everthing works correctly.
