Biologic Just Lawns

Can not find a nicer person than Matt, but his service and professionals business practices have deteriorated over the past 2-3. Years ! Believe his business has grown a lot, but professional has not !  Doesn't return phone calls, ( over maybe 30 days later ), 
missed 3  fertilization last year, said he would issue a credit, never did !

I was very happy with them. They were very helpful. We looked at the sprinkler heads together and they suggested which ones I really should replace and which ones I didn't need to; it was my choice. They were very much letting me make the choice but telling me what worked and what didn’t. We talked about how to run the system. When they left everything was working great. I was very pleased because some of the nozzles had been dead last year and there were some dead spots in my lawn. They suggested that I buy a bag of revive and a bag of CBC and put them both on my lawn. They thought that it would all come back okay and there would be no need to go and resod it or do any other more expensive stuff. I found that very helpful because it was an easy and cheap way to take care of it. The only part that was difficult was that they were busy and they had a really hard time fitting me in their schedule.
