Big O is primarily a tire shop, but they do maintenance as well. The shop is professional and does a good job, but is a bit more expensive than those shops that specialize in oil changes.

My husband likes Big O Tires. He takes the car to them for mechanical work. They sorted out a problem with the air conditioner and another one with the heater. The experience with Big O Tires was excellent. They call you when they find the problem and give you a time that it will take to fix it. Then they call you when it is ready to be brought back. They will pick you up and deliver you.

I have been here a couple of times before for tire repairs and they always treated me well. I had vibration in one of the wheels so they offered to rebalance and rotatate all the tires and check the pressures. Including the oil change I was out in an hour. There was a discount coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Unlike some places, they did not try to push some bogus service like and quot;power steering fluid changeand quot;. They did advise that the brakes were at ~40-50% and would need servicing some time down the road.

I have been using Big O Tires for years. I didn't know they do general servicing as well. Big O on N. Oracle did an oil change on my 04 Taurus. They did exactly what Brian said they would do, on time, professionally, and he even found a coupon to save me some money. Changed the oil and filter, topped fluids, used premium Castrol oil, checked air. I will be going back for tires and another oil change for sure. Beat the dealer's price, service, time required. Very convenient.
