About us
I generally work within the Capitol Hill, Washington Park and Park Hill neighborhoods. I charge an hourly rate of $50 with an initial, one-time Service Charge of $25.I have a one hour minimum, and then bill by the 1/2 hour. I will do bids for larger projects in person for just the $25 service fee, or for free over the phone. I have been in business at the same address for over 20 years and have many happy customers. My attitude is friendly and professional. I specialize in home repair lists, but offer many other home services including anything from assembly to small building projects.
