Belcaro told me that they like to take 2 days to mix a custom color. Even though they have the expensive 'paint matching' machines like the big box stores, they said that the color match from the machines is not as good as from the human eye. I didn't realize this but once they explained the technology to me it makes sense. So if you are doing a custom color match that is not a white, I would recommend trying them.

The staff is very knowledgeable in using paints and stains. They are able to direct me to the right tools to use. They have a staff person to help you coordinate colors for your house. They also offer small sample bottles of the paints that they carry.
