+ -1 moreGood selection of tile, but non existent return policy and not so knowledgable sales staff. when purchasing tile sales person stated that tile came in sheets as shown in display (12"X12" sheet s). I got my installation quote based on this. When I picked up the tile it came in interlocking sheets causing more labor during installation. I also ended up with 7 extra full sheets after install that they won't let me return. That's $80 I didn't really need to spend. I love the tile, but because of the return policy I will probably never shop here again.
Description of Work: Purchased tile for kitchen back splash.
