Dave knows the market inside and out and got the best price for my home. He negociated with us and made sure we were kept informed of every decision and step in the process. He could not have made it any easier for us.

Dave Bauman of Coldwell Banker was my selling agent. Prior to sale, he helped me stage my house and provided helpful feedback on little things I could do that would make it sell faster. I had a contract on another house in a different city, and I was under a time crunch. I had to re-locate before the sale was done, and he was able to sell my house for asking price in 3 days!
What I most appreciated about Dave was his friendly, compassionate professional demeanor and his excellent communication. Because I was far away, he kept me informed of new developments and was willing to work with contractors in my absence. The closing worked seamlessly, there were no surprises, and I was extraordinarily pleased with the transaction.
