Printing - Copies, Signs
I have relied on this company for 3 years for my company shirts. They started out quite responsive and very helpful. I order shirts and sweat shirts twice a year from them. They have never given me a physical address and always insist on delivering the product to me which they have done in a timely manner. This last time I placed my order and did not recieve it. When they were a week late I called. They said they forgot and gave me a new date. The same thing happened again. I was given a new date. After that point, I call, the phone is not answered with a company greeting and as soon as I say who I am they hang up. I don't know if I did something, if they are too busy for my small business or if they have closed. Payment is made upon the delivery of the product, so I have lost nothing but the initial setup fee which I will have to pay again with a new company.
