Complete trash service. Estimate pickup was 30 min (Kelly). 5 hours and 50 min later. They picked up my truck after I told them to forget about it 1hr 20min earlier. The dispatch (Nick) even told me that all the drivers were lazy and unreliable when they were 4 1/2 hrs late at that point. I arranged a tow with a different company in the morning. they then called me at 12:45am and said they picked up my truck and would take it to their tow yard and charge me fees if I did not pay. The dispatch (Nick) started yelling and threatening me. "Give me a credit card number...we can do this the easy way or the hard way". He then charged me $75 over the quoted price from 6 hours earlier. I literally have the messages documented telling them to NOT pick up the truck. After receiving payment the dispatch hung up on me mid sentence. The reason I asked them to cancel the pickup was because I needed to go to sleep because I had a medical procedure in the morning. They stilled called after midnight. These guys act like a bunch of thugs. Don't give them your business.
