All I want to say is DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I cannot say that loud enough or often enough. They are a nightmare to deal with. A number of our son's possessions are missing and they refuse to accept responsibility for those items. We have tried repeatedly to discuss this matter with the owner, and now they refuse to get back to us. Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your moving and storage needs.
