If I could give this company a higher rating than an A I would. This is a family owned/operated company. I made two visits to the store which were both productive. Then Gary the owner came over and assessed the job, measured and I gave my linoleum selection to him. Because I live in a 1940 home I wanted "retro" so I ordered real linoleum. It's a bit more expensive but it looks like it's always been there. I had my side entry from the outside redone. It was a two level landing, stairs that go up to the kitchen and the stairs that go down to the basement. Someone had installed light beige carpet in that area and it was impossible to keep clean. Once the product came in Gary called me and we arranged an install date. Dan, the installer showed up at the day/time promised, had me look at the linoleum to make sure it was what I ordered (it was) and I left him at the house. Dan spent two days prepping the landing and stairs because there was some old asbestos linoleum with a lightly grooved pattern in it. He didn't want to pull it up because of the asbestos so he put down a leveler on each stair and the landings. On day three he was happy with his prep and cut the linoleum. If they gave PHD's in putting down linoleum Dan would have one. This gentleman's attention to detail was incredible. He did a beautiful job. He's professional, a clean worker, nice and excellent in his field. No mess, no issues... just a very happy customer. This shop is a gem and I encourage all of you interested in flooring or countertops to give them serious consideration.

A troublesome start with a problem employee but management responded quickly & effectively.  After that, work went smoothly and quickly.  They cleaned up every day and did a superb job on my bathroom.  Congenial people.
