I've been with them for about a month and they're very reliable.

The price was $75 for each of two homes in the same neighborhood.  Service was provided within days of request.  I asked for the kind of fertilizer that is watered in after application and that is what I got.  He removed the fertilizer from the sidewalks.  I also asked if they could repair a sprinkler head.  After looking at it, he called back right away and said no, but gave me the name of a repair service.

The job was done quickly, courteously and was of high quality.  I will have Northwest Lawn Services do all my fall yard work in the future.

Ron responded to me immediately, and had an estimate for me the next day.  They started work before I paid.  The work has been good.  The few times I've been home while they worked I was impressed with their efficiency.  Nice guys, willing to talk to me about concerns I had (not related to their work).  They've even offered me advice on maintaining my yard better, which I appreciated.  I plan on continuing to use them in the future, and I have no problem recommending them to anyone for basic yard maintenance.

On 04/25/2012, I spoke with Ron about having my lawn aerated and fertilized. He said he needed to look at my property and would call me back. I received a call back from him only a few hours later with a quote of $35 to aerate and $35 to fertilize my lawn. When his team showed up to do the work the following Monday they were lighting fast, cleaned off the debris from the sidewalks and were very friendly. I couldn't be happier. :)

They were very prompt and were out for an estimate within 2 days of my first contact and were back out 2 days later to do the work.   They did a great job with all areas, but I was particularly impressed with the spring clean up.  They were very thorough and got all areas of the yard including along fence lines, front and back porch and even the alley way area.  The price is very competitive for the services provided.  I'll be calling them for all my fall and spring clean up needs moving forward. They were fast and thorough.

I needed a listing located at 4107 Winona mowed and edged.  I called and left a message with Northwest lawn service.  They called me back promptly and handled the job with no hassles.  I plan to call them for future jobs.

Went great. I left a message over the weekend, and on Monday morning they called back to schedule a lawn aeration. Initially we set it for later in the week. But I received a call back a couple hours later saying they would be able to get someone out the same afternoon. They were able to do the work without me being home and left the invoice so I could just send a check in. Very pleased with the service.

He does a very good job. We have used him for the lawn in the back yard.

Ron and Area Northwest did a great job for us. He came out on the date scheduled and did a lawn aeration service for us without my needing to be there. As a business owner myself, I have a very hectic schedule and appreciated his ability to work without my supervision. I picked Ron based on his reputation on Angie's List, and I am glad I did. I will certainly use him again in the future.

We use them at the beginning and at the end of the year. We pay them when they come out, but they allow me to mail it in. We spend $60 for that service. We continue using them because they always come when they say they will. They always clean up after themselves and do not leave debris along the side walk.

Ron is very responsive and so far so good with the service. My expectations are being met and the price was very fair.

Fantastic! Ron, the owner of Area Northwest, is fantastic at returning phone calls and seeing to your yard needs. Ron came out the day I called to start the routine yard service. Nothing impresses me more than having the owner of the company, come to your house, and do his employees job for a chance to meet his new customers! Since then, Ron's employees come and take care of the yard. They do a wonderful job, show up when they say they will, and leave when they say they will!
