Because of the incorrect diagnosis over the phone, the correct circuit board had to be ordered and a new visit required for the repair. The tech explained to me that Panasonic's policy is to conduct a diagnosis over the phone because their tvs' are designed for this. I don't understand why Panasonic couldn't send a technician out for the initial visit to perform the diagnosis and have the necessary parts in the service vehicle.
The delay was a problem with the manufacturer's policy and not Appliance Factory Service.

I was satisfied with my overall experience. I have yet to repair the fuse on the oven because of the dollar amount, but now I know how to clean my stove top the next time it won't light properly.
