We have been proudly serving Denver, Boulder and the surrounding metro areas for over 50 years! At Applewood EVERY technician is licensed, background checked & drug tested. When using Applewood customers receive a picture and short bio of the technician dispatched to their home. We will fix your problem RIGHT, the first time, at an approved, up-front price. After your appointment, we follow up with a phone call to make sure your appointment went just as you expected. We are open 6AM to 10PM, 7 days a week to serve you at your convenience with NO OVERTIME CHARGES. **Keeping you and your family safe in your home has always been our top priority. As we navigate through the COVID-19 crisis, our commitment to your health and safety remains the same.

They found a problem with the humidistat that was preventing the duct fan from turning on. All I was charged for was the $29 visit fee. The previous contractor that came out said we had a bad fan motor and humidistat (which they kept calling a thermostat - red flag) and quoted us $1500.

Luke Scanlon, the service technician, was on time, professional, ask if there were known problems, serviced the heater and updated me on the health of the heater. Could not have asked for better help. This is consistent with all the trades people from Applewood. A great company!
