Their staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions I have. My only complaint is that the store is too noisy.

Fortunately someone told us ahead of time that repair work is by appointment only. You can "walk-in" and sign up for an appointment, but on the day we were there (Saturday evening) the wait was about 2 hours. We arrived about a half hour early to be punctual. Even though the people with appointments ahead of us weren't there yet, they refused to help us until our scheduled appointment time. It was like a joke out of an old sitcom: people waiting for their number to be called even if no one is waiting in front of them. Except we didn't find much humor in the situation. When we finally did get helped it only took about ten minutes to explain the problem and leave the computer there. The repair/replacement itself was satisfactory. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind having to make an appointment or wait but put some common sense into the process. So, if you want to use this merchant, 1. Make an appointment; 2. Show up late to your appointment - it doesn't pay to be early.

They have a fast turn around time. They were friendly and easy to work with. I can make my appointments on line or call ahead to set up an appointment time. The computer is under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything for the repair.
