Overall, my experience was terrible. They arrived on the wrong day, showing up two days early. I was in LA at the time, and they called me to tell me that they had arrived. I advised that they were two days early, and they asked if they could start packing anyway. Considering I wasn't home, or even in state, I thought this was a very bizarre request. Their appearance on the day of the move was very unprofessional, and it literally took them all day to pack. They packed things so badly that there wasn't a single piece of furniture which wasn't damaged. For example, my mattress now has a huge stain. Also, even though I provided the original box, they packed my iMac in a cardboard box with no wrapping or packaging. It's a miracle it wasn't broken. However, many boxes did contain broken items.
