Very responsive, came to do the work the day after I spoke with them. Steve was right on time and very professional. I'm a real estate broker always looking for qualified contractors. I'll be recommending A-Ok :)

If I could give A-OK 10 stars, I would! After experiencing back-up plumbing issues in my home for over a year AND after having 2 other companies come out and do their thing, of which the 2nd guy totally ripped me off, the problems continued. You can imagine my frustration at having to call, yet another plumber. Finally picked a winner with A-OK. Steve came out, early mind you, listened to my issues and I explained what the past guys had done. Well, I instantly saw the light come on in Steve's brain, it was beautiful. He went right to work, was done in about an hour, cleaned up after himself and I was actually delighted to pay the bill. Shoot, I kinda wanted to give him a tip! Everything is flowing, flushing and fantastic, with a warranty to boot! He left me an A-OK sticker on my water heater for any future problems and you can best bet, I'll be referring to that little sticker should the need arise. Thanks, Steve. You rock!

I wasn't expecting anybody to come at all until Monday and the customer service representative called me within one hour of my scheduled time on HomeAdvisor and let me know that they could actually come in today 3 days early thank you so much

The main drain in the basement flooded whenever we did laundry. We've had several people out over the past few years to clean the drain, it kept flooding. We discovered that there were 2 drain plugs stuck in the drain. We were able to get one out and the guy from AOK/Freedom Plumbing was able to get out the other one. I felt confident that the person who came over had the experiences needed to resolve any problem that might be discovered.

Very expensive - they agreed for a job and when I asked them to apply for 10% discount per their website they did not com plete agreed job taks - very expensive. $1000 plus for a utility sink install. Ignorant customers be aware of markups
