TOM, THE OWNER, WAS VERY POLITE AND CALLED WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE WAS VERY QUICK AND CHARGED ME ONLY $85.00, AS HE QUOTED ME! I HAVE DEALT WITH OTHERS WHO TOOK A LOT MORE TIME AND CHARGED ME ASTRONOMICALLY FOR THEIR SERVICES. HE ADVERTISES, "ANY DRAIN CABLED FOR $85' MEANS THERE IS NOTHING HIDDEN THERE!"
