Working with Ann was a tremendous experience.  She is always bright and cheerful, and very knowledgable and helpful in the realestate market. She helped us stage our old house, establish the sales price for our old house (which was above the price we hoped to get), and arranged viewings.  Our old house was sold in three days, and for our asking price!
Ann helped us establish our priority list of features we were looking for in a new house, arranged for viewings of houses that met our criteria (more than 40 houses viewed in total!), and continued to work with us with her usual cheerfullness and professionalism in spite of the fact that our priorities changed as we continued to look at more and more houses!  We eventually identified the house we wanted to buy, and Ann was superb in negotiating the price and terms that we agreed for the new house.  The closing went very smoothly.
Again, working with Ann was a tremendous experience, and i would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a house in the Denver Metro area.

We started using her services in August or September 2008 and she found us the house. She was really friendly and wonderful. We wanted a house in an area with good schools and within the budget. She found us the right house and we closed the deal. She is very good and wasn't pushy at all. We felt that it was good experience for us. They gave us an offer and we came back 3 times. We ended up paying less than the quoted price. She is great.
