Extremely satisfied. The company rep came promptly, used a (powdered) product that did not damage the house or create a toxic smell, cleaned up the area where he had been working, and completely eliminated the wasps with a single visit. A side note: When I first called the company, the woman on the phone asked me to describe the wasps in detail to make sure I really had a wasp problem rather than a bee problem. She wanted to be sure I knew that if it was bees rather than wasps, they would need to remove the bees rather than kill them, and the cost would be higher. I thought this was really nice of her because she made sure I was prepared for whichever method had to be used. (As it turns out, though, it was the "simpler" wasp problem.)
