They used subcontractors for both and did not seem very invested in ensuring the subcontractors did their job. The roof did not initially pass inspection with Denver County as several issues required correction. The company was not terribly responsive and I don't think I would use them again and cannot in good conscience recommend anyone take their business to American Roofing and Exteriors.
