Everything was great. We set up the appointment over the phone, and the crew came out and trimmed what needed trimming. The tre is doing very well now.

They’re expensive but they know a lot of trees. They’re prompt but it takes forever to get an appointment with them because they’re busy.

They are incredibly honest. They do not try to get you to spend money on work that is not necessary. They are very knowledgeable and have staff that are highly educated with this type of work. The pricing included is for all of our annual maintenance. The pricing is very competitive.

They were referred by a friend. They are a local company. They have been really good. They don’t charge a whole lot. They sent an arborist out to help me identify trees, grass and all that stuff, and they were very helpful. I would use them again in the future.

We've been using American Arbor Care for our lawn and tree service since about 1999 when Paul and Toni did pretty much everything themselves. About 3 or 4 years ago, a late spring storm did some serious damage to our locust tree that was just getting big enough to provide some decent shade. American Arbor Care was , of course, slammed with calls for service just like mine. Paul managed to find the time to come over and prune back the broken branches as well as the split in the trunk at the top. He wasn't at all sure the tree could be saved. It's in great shape today. They have a few more employees now but we still receive excellent service. Paul will sometimes stop by to check on tree service being done. The guys show up when they say they will, complete the work, clean up, and remember to close and latch the gate. Several of our friends have used American Arbor Care on our recommendation. There are still quite a few good, small companies run by by people who are proud of their work. This is one of them.
