Best carpet cleaning we've had. Mo is a very clear communicator and did very thorough work. We were looking for "just get us by until we replace it" but it actually looks good enough to keep now.

Outstanding service. Team is very respectful of your home and educate the homeowner on stain prevention and cleaning. While on phone notification in regards to how much furniture removal is required would have been helpful a head of time, (for example dining chairs removed from dining room), the final results were well worth it. It has been three years since my carpets have been cleaned and six weeks after cleaning, they still look brand new!

I would not recommend this company. First they said they would arrive between noon and 2:00. They arrived at 2:45. Then the technician said that the original $113 that I was quoted was for 3 smaller rooms than in my house, usually a 10 x 12 room. I was then told that they also needed to raise the price because there were 2 pet stains that they normally charge $50 per. I agreed that the price would be increased $50 because I wanted a good job. After about an hour the tech came to get me to show me that the carpet was buckling - everywhere. I was assured that the carpet would shrink back to fit - but if it didn't I would have to get it re-stretched. He finished and I looked at the carpet - it looked clean so I paid him and he left. When I walked on the carpet to open the windows I realized the carpet was saturated. It took over 24 hours with windows open and fans blowing in warm weather. When the carpet was drying I saw brown streaking beginning to show on the carpet. I called the tech who did not call me back. The next day I called the company and they said they would have the tech call me. When he did call me, I was told this was a condition called ?wick-back? and it occurs when the top carpet fibers wick moisture from underneath while it is drying. I was told I could remove it with vinegar and water. I didn't need advise, I needed Ameraclean to finish the job I paid them for. No one from the company has checked in to see if the stains came out or not.

"We are sorry that the member had a bad experience with us. Our company strives to do the best job possible for each client. Our web site special advertises 3 areas for $99 ( total square footage can't exceed 350 sqft). The total square footage is posted directly beneath the special. Part of our scheduling process is to do the following: 1) explain the square footage limits, 2) explain the drying time (6-8 hours to walk on carpet after cleaning & 24 hours to completely dry) 3) to find out if there are any special concerns like pet stains present. This job in reality should have been $198 for the carpet cleaning and between $66-99 for the pet stains. We don't begin cleaning until the technican and the client have walked the areas and agreed on the pricing . The techinican tried to accomodate the client even though this is not our pricing structure. Carpet buckling is very common when you do steam cleaning because of the heat involved. After it cools it usually settles down again, unless the carpet was loose and badly installed. Wick backs are also common after cleaning. We do our recleans based on the description the client gives us. Our office was told there 2 small spots resembling tea. We usually recommend the vinegar and water solution for small spots to avoid any inconvenience to the customer such as rescheduling and going through another appointment. If streaking was mentioned, we would have scheduled another time to go back and reclean. We really thought the issue was resolved and it was our fault for not checking back . We apologize for this and took measures to make sure this would not happen again. We hope in the future, we will be given another chance."

Moe, the owner of the company called me the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way, he was right on time. He took the time and effort to go over everything with me, explaining what he was going to do, products he was going to use, tips for carpet maintenance, etc. Work was done quickly but thoroughly. Great experience overall and will continue to use this company in the future. Please support your local family owned business instead of always going with the big names.

I do not clean my carpets frequently so when I have them cleaned there is some work involved for the cleaning company. I have always used carpet cleaning companies that have truck mounted cleaning equipment, unfortunately I found that does not guarantee a thorough cleaning. When I had Ameraclean out I found the technician was also one of the owners. He spent a lot longer than other companies had and was able to get a much better cleaning accomplished. During his first cleaning he inspected a room that we intended to replace the carpet and not only cleaned the stain that another company had not been able to remove but also repaired the carpet in the room so not only do we not have to replace it but it looks good. We recently used him a second time and he was just as thorough as the first time we used him.

The experience was amazing, considering the past companies that have come in to deal with the flood (this is our third flood due to old pipes and large trees with roots in the pipes). This company was quick to respond (with same day service), understood our situation, and quoted us a very reasonable price. What was most impressive was the quality of the work. We have had this situation before and have not received this type of service. The technician was quick and considerate and ensured that he did not track the sewage to other places in the house. He wore foot coverings, took them off when he needed to come upstairs, cleaned the mess in the bathroom, and made sure there were no signs of the mess left in the basement. He dried the carpet and disinfected the area. What was most impressive, was that the technician called later in the day to see how the carpet drying was going and if there was anything else we needed. WOW!
