Alpha Restoration

I hired Alpha Restoration when a fridge leak required me to remove the existing floor/subfloor (on top of concrete slab) and professionally dry it out in case of mold. They were very professional, set up an appointment on short notice, and did a very quick/thorough job.

Quick and very professional throughout. We needed immediate work done and Jesse and his team made everything very straightforward and stress free. Highly recommend.

This company was phenomenal. Jesse was fair and did a really precise demo of my water damage. He got it all prepared for my contractor and I was so impressed by his professionalism and communication.

Jesse is easy to coordinate the water remediation effort despite the fact that I am out of state. Sent me pics before and after water restoration. Able to recommend a repair contractor. Cost was within reason of insurance limits. Jesse was very helpful during the process.

I appreciate Jesses honesty and integrity and his taking the time to explain mold abatement to us and looking out for us as customers instead of just trying to get money out of us. We had gotten a mold test done in our laundry room that showed a very low level of Chaetomium mold. Another remediation company said they needed to remove cabinets cut out drywall etc. which would cost thousands. Jesse came and took the time to inspect under our sink cabinet and behind the washer and dryer found no visible mold. He then looked at our mold test report and told us the level was so low that all it needed was probably nothing, but that we should clean the area well and he told us of a mold product that we could get at Home Depot. Although this cost him the job of remediating our room, it saved us thousands and much hassle.

We really had a great experience with Jesse and his whole team. They performed work timely and with great communication. Hopefully we don't need to use them again, but I would recommend them to all.

Jesse and his crew were awesome. They showed up quickly, gave me a FAIR estimate, and when I agreed, they were back in a couple of days to do the work. Super professional and excellent work. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I call Saturday and the came Monday morning . They Inspected our crawl space for mold and did not charge us. Very good customer service from Jessie. Thanks again good job!

I would also like to highlight that we were clueless and panicked about what needed to be done to the point that someone could have charged us $$$ but Jessie eased our concerns and didn't sell us on anything we didn't need.
