The only problem is if you are not there during the time of the service, they will only spray the outside of the home. The focus really needs to be on the inside of the home. I also have to tell them where exactly to put the bate. You really have to make sure to call when you are home to ensure they will come. I really like that it is environmentally friendly.

They are professional.  I was kind of disappointed like, we have had ongoing issues with ants.  I felt that if I was not there, they didn't treat it thoroughly as I would have liked them to have treated more areas of the house without being necessarily having it requested.  One time, when I wasn't there, they just treated one area.  They have a feature to take care of our pets, which was important for me.  I am on a bi-monthly schedule and it seems pretty expensive for how much time they were there compared to how much I was paying.  Sometimes, they won't be here for even 15 minutes.  They are knowledgeable.  I like the idea that they treat seasonally.  They know what they are doing.  It just seems really expensive.  If I need them to come out, I can get them out, they are pretty quick.  I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

I used the phone book and then I went online to check them up.  What I like about them is that there is no contract after the initial service.  They do have a continuing program.  You can catch them anytime you want.  If there is a month or two you want to skip you just let him know you want to skip it and they do that and there is no penalty at all.  They send you e-mail notices and they follow up with phone calls so you know when they are coming out.  I like their communication and their receipts because they tell you exactly what they have done and what they have used.  Their price seemed to be very good.  It is cheaper than others. Their quality of work seems to be excellent.   Whenever I have contacted them I have got excellent response.  I wanted the spraying to be skipped during some of the winter months they just seamlessly did it.  They have an online account so that is excellent too.  You can just pay or cancel online.  They show up when they are supposed to and if they can’t show up they call you and let you know.  They seemed to work quite well.
