These gentlemen did a great job, when they showed up. After doing a lot of work and then promising to return to bid and work on additional things, they just went AWOL. After leaving several messages, I still didn't get a call back. Eventually, after weeks, one answered the phone and said he'd had a personal zee regency but was now available. We set a date and time but again they didn't show. I called again and left messages on all the numbers they had. Never any response. I understand things come up, but at least have the professionalism to call someone back and decline the business if that's what you want to do. Just ignoring a paying customer is not ok. They lost my business and my referrals - despite the fact that they did good work.
