The work was excellent, and he gave me some good pointers. However, it took months to get my clock back and at first he could not locate it. I would not go back to him if I needed something done in a hurry.

Got a gift, a sardine clock and the pendulum did not swing in order to keep time. They had to order a part and it was fixed in two weeks.

They fixed it, too.  I can't remember the price.   I'm just sorry that they're located so far away from my house.

Grandfather Clock Repair

All The Time was familiar with Dr. Seymour Wheelock, a now-deceased clock repair expert in Denver who previously worked on this clock.  All The Time recommended and carried out a general overhaul of the moving parts, cleaning and replacing parts as needed.  The objective is to not need work this extensive again for 10 years.  All The Time explained the process and the timetable, then finished the work ahead of schedule and on budget.  The clock keeps nearly perfect time for the first time since I've been its caretaker.

My mother recently passed away and left me her much-loved grandfather clock. It was moved to my home but no onee knew how to set it up. A clock with chimes and 3 weights is not a simple matter if you don't want to damage the mechanism. He came on time and quickly leveled and balanced the clock. He explained it would need cleaning hopefully within the year and that if I did so within 6 months the trip cost to and from his shop would not cost extra. He obviously knows his clocks and any clock you have I would recommend you call them for any repairs or cleaning.

I was really happy with them. I appreciated their honesty with the assessment of what needed to be done. It took them longer to get the work done than I had expected but that was because of their very thorough and appropriate approach towards the clock networks and making sure that it settles into our climate and everything is working well before they install it into my clock.

I would certainly use this company for all clock repairs.  I am highly impressed with the outstanding customer service and friendliness of the staff.

They are really quite wonderful. The things that stand out about them are how much they love clocks and how knowledgeable they are. They give free estimates to come and set clocks if it’s really big. One of my clocks they had to make special mount for it and they are always there. They give personal service. The clock is not that big, it’s a wall mounted clock but they do the Big Ben clocks. Their prices are fair, they are not cheap but they are not extravagant either.

It was a great experience.  Steve knows so much about clocks and was able to tell us a lot about ours, which we had inherited.
