All Star Seamless Gutter

They got right back to me. They did good work at a fair price. I give them an "A" overall.

The whole process went very well.  I have an awning over my patio which made it challenging for Mr. LaPorta to get to the gutters - but he did!   It was a fantastic experience - he took ownership of the project, kept me apprised of progress and wrapped up the job cleanly and professionally. 

 Things went very well. All of the gutter replacement estimates were people from Angie's List and all of the estimates were very close to the same amount. All of the gentlemen were very professional and all of them were on time and very courteous. We went with All Star because Johnny included triming the tree branches off of the garage roof in his estimate and that was an extra that was important t us. Johnny did everything he promiced and we were pleased. 

Johnny showed up promptly for both estimate and work, completed the work and came back to further insulate a few gutter joints that were still leaking. He did a good and thorough job, and was professional throughout the process. I would work with him again.

Called John on Thursday evening, he returned the call the next morning and the day after was here in the morning and repairs/replacement were done by noon. He quoted a price over the phone and stuck to it, no upcharge. Cleaned up after the work was done and what he did looks good. I jokingly commented the old boards behind the gutters need to be repainted and John offered to come back by and do the touch up for us - I had to tell him I was kidding. He is a nice guy who gets right down to business. Yes, we would use him again.

Johnny was prompt in returning phone calls, showing up for the estimate and the installation. During the estimate, he told us which gutters need to be replaced and which ones were still usable. He did not try to "up-sell." He did not require any payment up front, did an excellent job of installation and clean-up. Johnny accepts only cash or checks.

They did a great job and their pricing was great. They were very responsive and they did what they said they were going to do. I would give everything an A.
