snow removal
+ -1 moreAwful! The company performed an incomplete job then came out two additional times, contracted. After contacting All Home about our concerns the owner was rude and threatened a mechanics lien. We felt taken advantage of and over-billed! The company would not listen to our concerns, nor address them. We wanted a two-way conversation to lead to our satisfaction of services.
Description of Work: We contracted a one-time service for removal of snow. We received one shovel's width of snow removal on a sidewalk that is three times that size. The removal was not down to the concrete, or salted. We received a bill for 10 hours of service.
