Very well, no problems.

George came out to provide our estimate, he was very professional and answered all questions, got our quote back to us in a timely fashion.
The work crew was punctual, but we were very disappointed in their lack of professionalism as they spitted sunflower seeds all over our (at the time, vacant) house, we found them in our air vents, in areas adjacent to the work space, on our patio and front porch--it was completely disgusting and so unprofessional and made me furious that I had to clean up their mess.
They also dropped the ball on having the crew come out ahead of time to seal off the rest of our home with plastic, which we had paid extra to have done. Once we realized they hadn't done it, it was too late as there was sawdust everywhere. They did refund the cost of the service since it was not done and they said they would sent that crew out to clean the dust, etc. afterwards, but they did a terrible job, the only thing they did was vacuum out our kitchen cabinets and counter tops, but the adjacent family and living room areas were a mess after the job was done, sawdust in our window sills, fireplace, mantle, etc. We had to clean it ourselves which was ridiculous.
The end product of the flooring turned out very nicely, we are happy with the quality of the wood and workmanship and the price for the flooring itself was competitive, but we would not use this company again because of the poor professionalism, poor follow through/attention to detail, and the big mess we were left to clean up afterwards.

While no promises were made about matching the existing floor color, the match was perfect. The installer was on time, professional, everything completely clean at the finish of the job, with dust contained effectively during the job. I can't imagine the work being done any better.

I'm pleased All City Floors performed the installation of my floors.  They did an excellent job, and it's unfortunate another reviewer had such a negative experience.
The sub-contractors who taped and cleaned before and after were organized, thorough and timely (!!).  Likewise the crews from All City Floors.  All were knowledgeable, consummate professionals.  Being a process person, I asked many, many questions; all were answered and better yet, answered honestly and truthfully explaining the detail and scope of the work.  Daily, all crews cleaned their work sites.  The quality of their work and installation was excellent and when I asked for a minor revision All City Floors promptly corrected the problem.
I wholeheartedly recommend All City Floors.

Terrible. They were never less than 30 minutes late to an appointment, and in fact the first 3 appointments they were over 2 hours late. It took a total elapsed time of 3 months to complete a job that other vendors could do in a week or two. Except for a supervisor who finally got involved, we never had the same guys out more than once.

The wood had to sit and acclimate longer than we expected, but Jonah did not want to rush the job with wood that contained too much moisture. On the installation/finishing days, the temperature outside was 90+ degrees and the finish reacted to the heat in a couple of places. Jonah had the floor refinished for us, but there was another problem with the coat and he refinished it again, at no charge. Jonah really knows his product, and goes out of his way to complete the job properly and professionally.

I really liked everything about them. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. The quality of their work and their professionalism were excellent. I thought their price was very reasonable.

It went well, except for one small area that was not completed. They were very nice and came back to complete it promptly, but it was very disruptive (given the reality of floor refinishing). I was disappointed that they didn't offer us a discount or something to make up for the inconvenience.

The service representative was very courteous and informative. He measured, explained our options and provided an estimate. The guys who did the hard work arrived on time and finished on time. They sealed off the other rooms and kept the dust to a minimum. Clean up was necessary but not too extensive.

Work was done on time and looks great. They contained the dust and did an excellent job of cleanup. We were very pleased with the work and the results.

The workers arrived on time and performed the job as requested. They performed all the work that was requested. They completed the work on time at a reasonable price

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE WORK THAT THEY HAD DONE. IT WAS VERY NICE TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORK THAT THEY HAD DONE. IT IS GREAT.

ALL CITY FLOOR SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR US TO SEE THE SAMPLES THEY HAD TO OFFER. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY CARRY AND SHOWED US HOW TO CARE FOR THE FLOOR ONCE IT WAS COMPLETE. THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. TRULY FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS. THEY WOULD OFFER SUGGESTIONS AND GIVE US GUIDANCE ON WHAT WOULD WORK BEST FOR OUR NEEDS.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. THEY WERE PUCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON OUR WOOD FLOORING. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
