The thing that differentiates an average roofer from a great one is what happens if there is an issue. Well, one of the roofing nails when through a freon line in an upstairs air conditioning unit. Chris immediately called his own a/c guy and had it taken care of -- I was really impressed with that kind of service. And I was so glad that I didn't have to argue about it to get it done.
