Joe stopped by today to look over the appliances included in a home I had purchased a year ago. My home warranty was expiring and there were some issues with the stove, frig, dishwasher, and washing machine. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the minor issues with each of the appliances. They didn't need any parts, just some adjustments that were done within an hour for a reasonable fee. I feel much better now that everything is working correctly and he confirmed what I had suspected. Also appreciated his honesty/advice and he showed up as promised during the 2-hr window that we set up. (More effective than the hour I spent on phone with overseas LG customer service reps)

Routine repair. Service techs came the same day, determined the problem and took care of business. Very professional. Very efficient. I've since learned that if you need appliance parts and pieces (knobs, heating elements, etc.), Jensen's either has it or can get it. They know their business.

the technician was punctual, quickly got the information from my oven and let me know the part would need to be ordered. i was kept up to date on the process, when it was ordered ( same day as estimate) when it was received at the warehouse, etc. when the technician replaced the window a protective cover was placed on my floor and all scra[s were picked up and disposed of. i was very impressed.

It really wasn't a full repair; they just hit the reset button. Somehow, the oven tripped the reset button and thought it was going to start a fire. If it happens again, we won't have to pay money for a button to be pushed.

I don't remember the date, it was last fall. I do know that the price was excellent, the technicial was on pinpoint time and the service was completed thoroughly and completely. Another company had actually told me tht I couldn't fix it and would have to buy a new fridge, so I was very pleased with their service.

Repair man came on 16th, determined that a spring connecting cable was broken, gave an estimate, ordered parts and promised to return before Christmas to install. On the 23rd I called him to ask when he was returning and he responded that he was booked up until Christmas and so would come on 28th. This was disappointing as we wanted the oven to prepare Christmas dinner. Fortunately we had a second separate oven but his failure to return was not as promised and caused us problems in preparing for Christmas guests. The repair man returned on 28th and installed two cables and springs (both sides). His receipt said that he had tested the door and it worked properly but that was not true as there was a 1/2" gap at the top. We pointed this out to him immediately before he left and he said he would talk to the manufacturer's technical support line. He called on the 29th to say that we needed new hinges and that these parts were no long available. We then checked on the manufacturer's web site and discovered that parts were in fact absolutely available. We confirmed this by calling the manufacturer's order phone line. I then called and informed the repairman and also emailed him the website's link. He then called back on the 30th to say that he wanted to replace the hinges for another $270 in parts plus labor. I then told him to stop as the cost of repairs was approaching the cost of a new oven and we had no confidence that this would actually fix the problem. I then pulled out the oven from the wall, tightened the cables using the existing adjustments. This resulted in the door closing properly. Three other points, (1) as the repair man was leaving on the second visit, he was in such a hurry that he almost banged his oven support stand into a piece of expensive (Stickley) furniture. I stopped him before this could happen and carried the stand out for him. (2) All Appliance appears in actuality to be a group of several independent repair persons who cover different territories in Denver and share a name and answering service. (3) Our repair person was not friendly and did not engage well with the customers. In sum, this repair person appeared to lack diagnostic skills, pride in work, reliability, honesty and interpersonal skills.

Josh arrived on time and went right to work. After a thorough inspection of the fridge, he laid out my two options. Either there was a temporary malfunction of the computer in the refrigerator caused by a power surge or an internal leak in the system which would be very serious and basically mean I had to buy a new fridge. Because the fridge had been unplugged for 24 hours, we plugged it in and waited to see what would happen. It began to operate as normal. He then advised me to wait 24 hours and call him to let him know if it was still operating. If it was running, it was probably the power surge and I would be okay. I did as instructed and the fridge is running perfectly. He was polite, knowledgeable and you can't beat the price. I would absolutely use them again.

I called in the morning and they had a technician (Rob) there by early afternoon and he fixed the problem. They were very helpful about accommodating my schedule so that I did not have to wait over the weekend to have the repair done. Rob was very pleasant and professional.

Fast, honest, kept me informed every step of the way. The only problem was the door did not close all the way. They could have nicked me for a bunch, but were honest and only charged a trip charge. Called me from job site with full report before leaving.

I have used All Appliance for my appliance needs for a couple of years now & have always found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, & reliable. They can work directly with warranty companies, if necessary.
