Home Security System Service
It is 2 years since the work was hired out and the system does not work. I was forced to hire a separate company to fix the poorly installed alarm system. Another company came in to re-do the home theater and cameras. This work is still unfinished. Kevin Dunn is dishonest, unprofessional and the worst subcontractor (out of over 20) that we hired. He also overcharged and underdelivered in every phase. During the many calls to his office, we spoke to his employees who regularly complained about Kevin Dunn and his complete lack of professionalism. In short, Alarm Alert is a company to stay far away from.
