All very professional

The company hired was from Parker, probably a local branch. The response during scheduling was great, able to modify the schedule for an earlier date when I called the second time. Our technician Anton was very professional and he explained all the work. He even helped fixed some of the floor duct connections. The house felt a lot cleaner after the session. The actual cleaning process took a while which tells me that they are doing serious cleaning. Highly recommended.

After the representative finally found out what he was supposed to do, it went quickly. The $240 payment advertised was for 12 ducts cleaned and sanitized. According to final paperwork 7 ducts were treated. It's my opinion a company shouldn't be soliciting business 65 miles away from where they are located. And shame on me for not realizing that a charge for travel was included in the price. There are many companies in Colorado Springs that provide the same service. And the charge to me may have been more reasonable. I was under the impression that sanitizing the ducts was something really special. I'm not sure it was. All in all, in spite of the confusion about what the man was supposed to do and the price, I'm happy my ducts are clean.

He came in and I knew it would be expensive, I wanted my air duct cleaned really well, and we spent about half an hour to look for the deal, he didn't have any idea what is included in the deal.

After waiting for three weeks for an appointment, the technician arrived two hours late. Upon walking him through the residence, which is admittedly old, the technician left and sat in his van. I went to the van, and asked him if he was going to start the job. He said that he had to talk to his supervisor. He never returned to the house, or informed me that he was leaving. Instead the office called and said that they would not clean the ducts because, 1. it was an old house, 2. had a lot of dust in the ducts, and 3. thought that they would create more dust in the house than they would remove! I asked them if they only performed their service on clean ducts? If so, why would customers call them, because presumably customers only call if they have dirty ducts. They said that they would not do the job, and that I would have to request a refund from Angie's List, which I have done. I told them that there was nothing on their website that said that they would not clean "dirty" ducts. They also did not suggest that I could pay an additional fee if the ducts contained a lot of dust. I found this to be very unprofessional behavior, and I cannot recommend this company.

Al Arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained the process and answered all questions He worked hard for nearly 3 hours. We are very pleased and would use the service againhighly recommend!

Professional Air Duct cleaning is truly and quot;professional.and quot; They promptly called me to schedule and the service person was on time and performed exactly what was advertised, with no extra charges. Al, the technician, was courteous, professional, and explained in detail what he was doing. He cleaned up afterward and all in all did a great job. I would highly recommend this business.

I purchased a Groupon to have the vents cleaned at the home my husband and I just purchased. The Groupon included cleaning and sanitizing 12 regular and 1 return vents. Our house has 14 regular and 3 return vents. The cost to clean each extra vent was very reasonable. The provider arrived on time for the service and went through the HVAC system with me. Our house was built in 1982 and the supply and return ducts had never been cleaned. Ever. Boris was able to create access panels and clean all supply and return ducts while at the house. He showed me before and after video and the difference was night and day. The insides of the ducts were disgusting. Basically an 8-inch layer of compacted dirt. He also cleaned the dryer vent while at the house. He showed me the inside of the vent before cleaning. You couldn't see from one end to the other because of the dirt clogged inside the tube. I'm surprised the house didn't burn down before it went on the market. 

Basically, I purchased a deal for vent cleaning, and ended up having my entire HVAC system cleaned. This took around 2 hours. Boris was very professional and explained everything well. The extra services I agreed to were definitely needed, and very reasonably priced. 

Somewhat related, when we purchased the home, it smelled. The previous owners had 2 large dogs and the carpets were filled with urine stains. The dogs had been doing their business inside without proper cleanup (not just a few spots. Most of the carpet was ruined) and it took a lot of vinegar, baking soda, and rug doctor rentals to get the smell out of the carpets. After using a steel brush to saturate the carpets with vinegar down to the padding and subfloor, letting it dry, making it snow with baking soda, vacuuming, and making 6-7 passes in each room with the rug doctor, we were not bombarded with urine smells every time we walked in the house. But the smell still lingered. After having the HVAC system professionally cleaned, the smell is finally gone.

So. Great service, no more fear of the house burning down, better air, lower energy bills, and no more dog urine smell. Basically a win all around. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Absolutely above and beyond my expectations!  Very knowledgable, shared his knowledge very well, drove out of his normal travel area for a very fair extra charge.  Very dedicated guy to customer service!!  Highly recommended!

The service was great. The young man that came out did an excellent job. Not only was he on time, he was also very professional. He was very good at explaining himself along the way, and I actually ended up getting a lot more help based on his advice.

It went terrible. We wanted our air ducts cleaned after a remodel job. We could not get ahold of this company to have the work done. We had months left on our Angie's List Big Deal and were never able to track them down and get in contact with them scheduled to do the work.

They didn’t call me at all and I have called and emailed multiple times and they haven’t responded.
