Mark did an outstanding job moving my router to new location, running cables and optimizing our computers. Mark was punctual, very professional, and very technically qualified. I highly recommend Mark for home network, telephony and computer installation and troubleshooting.

I needed somebody to run Ethernet cabling to several rooms to extend the wired network in my house. I found Mark and contacted him. He was here within a couple of days (on my schedule) and completed the job within several hours. He installed 6 Ethernet ports, which included the custom-built CAT 6 cables and outlet covers. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anybody.

I started my search for a computer networking genius on Angie's List, but I couldn't find any listings that gave me confidence. So I did a web search for computer networking and stumbled across [email protected], also known as Mark Jenkins, because he had tons of positive reviews on other sites. I've added Mark's company to Angie's List because I'd like other members to have the benefit of his outstanding service.

(There's no "computer networking" category on Angie's List, but since Mark does computer service too, listing him under "Computer Repair & Services" is appropriate even though it's not specific to my experience.)

I spoke with Mark by phone to explain what I needed, which he understood even better than I did (and I'm pretty technical). We used email to set up an appointment and he was right on time. Although he was working by the hour, he moved quickly up and down three flights of stairs (!) again and again as he did his work. His work was flawless: everything looks perfect and works perfectly. He rearranged the wires in my cable cabinet so that everything looks neat, and he carefully marked all the cables he added.

When he hooked up a television in our guest room, he installed a new splitter with plenty of open connectors for additional rooms.

He spent only four hours on the entire project while I would have worked all weekend -- and I was so ignorant that I would have needed to hire Mark anyway (and I would have had to pay him more to clean up my mistakes).

I feel very fortunate to have found Mark and recommend him without reservation.
