Home Security System Service
WE ENDED UP CANCELING OUR CONTRACT WITHIN THE 3-DAYS ALLOWABLE TIME B/C OF POOR PRICING AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. WE FELT RUSHED INTO A DECISION TO RECEIVE INCENTIVES AND REALLY WE WERE FIRST TIME BUYERS. AFTER WE CANCELLED OUR CONTRACT, AND FOLLOWED THE REQUIREMENTS TO DO SO, THEY WENT AHEAD AND CASHED OUR CHECK ANYWAY. WE HAD TO FIGHT THEM FOR THAT TOO, TO GET REIMBURSED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
