AFFORDABLE HOME REPAIRS, LLC

On 8.12.2020, Jason arrived on time to replace the screens on our patio. He seemed professional and focused on the job. We paid in full to a third party, at his request, when he completed the job. Two weeks later, on 8.26.2020, we noticed all of the screens were coming apart at the seems, were loose and 2 of them were sagging. We sent a text requesting he come to repair/redo. We have left numerous phone messages and texts with no response from Jason. On 9.1.2020, we sent him our last text advising him that we needed to contact someone else to remediate his work and asked for a partial refund to help offset our additional cost. Jason has not replied or contacted us. The only contact information we have for Jason at Affordable Home Repairs, LLC is his cell phone, which is where we have left messages and texts, He understands that we live in a 55+ community are on fixed income. It has cost us an additional $300 to repair/redo our screens. We feel that Jason at Home Repairs, LLC is extremely unprofessional.
