Description of Work: Advanced Exteriors has replaced 5 roofs in our extended family over the past 4 years; they've also installed gutters, windows, painted and replaced siding. All work was done neatly, professionally, and on time and they handled interactions with the insurance companies involved.

Description of Work: This company is awesome !!! I have had 6 contractors come over to look at my roof and only one other said I had hail damage. But it was not enough for a insurance claim. But Bill from Advanced Ext asked me if I wanted to fill a claim. I did and now the insurance is paying for a new roof. They saved me thousands of dollars!! If you need any work done give then a call first.

Description of Work: The main object of the job was to repair hail damage to the roof.We selected the provider was because they said they could perform the repairs to the windows, paint and other exterior features. The roofing portion went fairly well. But, it was one frustrating event after another to get the windows replaced, screens repaired, and the house painted. The painters they used were amateurs at best and we had to have them redo the job twice. The first time they didn't even use the correct colors! There was poor oversight by our "Project Manager" and he had little knowledge of the status of repairs or when they would occur. Many times when we called to complain about the quality of the work or the long delays, he had no idea what had been done or by whom! The project took four months longer than we were promised even though we were constantly threatened about the whereabouts of the insurance company checks when the work completion benchmarks had not been met! Even worse, the Project Manager was reporting to the office that the project was complete when nothing could have been further from the truth! They are OK roofers but go elsewhere for other needs.

Description of Work: A walk up door to door salesman whom I wrongly allowed to examine my roof after 2 major hailstorms. I respect the fact that they are looking for work, but the "sell" has been over the top. I can barely get the salesman off the phone and he also unexpectedly showed up at my home and stayed for nearly 3 hours waiting to go through the roof inspection with our insurance agent. I don't need to be sold on your business. I need a no BS, no hassle estimate and leave me alone.

Description of Work: Removed old roof replaced roof and fixed troubled area with new wood and sealed. Explained everything well, I would use them again.

Description of Work: Everyone in the company from the initial roof contractor, to the office staff, to the roofers were courteous, professional, and easy to work with!

Description of Work: A-E worked with insurance company, got it all settled. The crew was in and out in one day. did tear off and overlay with half ply and installed Timbelne High Definition shingles with ridge vent. All at no extra cost. They cleaned up and other than a new roof it was hard to know they were there.

Description of Work: Advanced Exteriors came to my house to measure my old steel windows and help me decide which type of replacement windows would be best for me and my home. I chose Milgard Tuscany windows because of their style, energy efficiency and the great pricing Advanced Exteriors could offer me because of their relationship with the manufacturer. They took care of everything - which was quite a lot, replacing 9 windows of all different shapes, sizes and configurations! When installing my windows, the new windows were much, much thinner than my old windows, and the Advanced Exteriors crew built me custom 3" window frames and sills on every window. They also matched the interior paint, procured matching paint and painted the new frames and sills to match my home. The entire process was smooth and fast, and my new windows look better than I could have hoped! I am also saving money on my heating bills and got a fantastic energy tax credit.

Description of Work: Advanced Exteriors installed a GAF ELK Timberline HD 30 year shingle with ridge vent and high profile ridge. Advanced took care of the insurance process from start to finish in a timely manner.
