My experience with Advanced Exterior. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Roof was scheduled to be installed. Materials dropped off in the front yard without notice or any communication. Yard destroyed by truck and equipment. Roof was scheduled for next day. Next day no call no show. Materials still in the front yard till the next week. Then out of nowhere, we hear foot steps on our roof the following week at 7am. Dogs are going crazy. Have the workers pinned on the roof, we thought someone was breaking into the house. I called Kent our sales rep. with Advanced Exteriors and he said they had to reschedule. NO ONE called us, no one informed us the job was rescheduled. Not a big deal, unless. The day they finally did show up was the following morning when we brought our WEEKs OLD twins home from the NICU. We had no sleep, two premature babies we finally got to sleep 30 minutes before they were stripping the roof. Once again, ZERO communication. The roofers completed most of the roof that late night and said they would be back the next day to clean up. That did not happen. They walked around the yard with their cellphones trying to pick up the big debris. They left all the nails, small scraps, staples, i.eâ ¦ our yard was trashed, and they just left. They sent 1 guy back the next day. I asked him where reset of the crew was and he said they pulled them to do another job and he was left there all day to finish up. Once again job not completed, the 1 lone guy walked around the yard for 5 minutes with his cell phone cleaning up. Yard still trashed. Nails, staples, felt and shingles everywhere. I picked it up the next day because we had to get the dogs out. So, only the roof is done. They were to do a complete job, roof, siding, garage doors, trim, a complete job from the horrible hail storm. About 2 months go by and I get a call from Kent. Why have you not sent in payment. My response was why have you not completed the job? He said it was done per his notes. I send him pictures of everything not completed. He sends an apology text message and will have crews out to finish the job. Two more weeks go by and once again, the gutter guys are now on the roof, no call, no appointment, no FYI, Zero communication. The dogs are going crazy, the babies are screaming and I am running around trying to figure out what is going on. The job the gutter guys completed is horrendous. Easily the worst job I have ever seen. See attached pics. Fast forward another month. I call Kent and ask when they are completing the job. He again says its already done. I send him a dozen more pics of things wrong and or not completed. He again apologizes at least this time is by phone and not text message. He says crews will be out to finish up on Thursday. Yep, you guessed it, no call no show. Please save yourself the heartache and continue shopping. A.E. did one of the worst jobs I have ever seen.
