The tech came out the same day, thank goodness, and I was so very happy when all it took was a new filter, lighting the pilot and $65! I was worried I would have to replace the whole furnace.

The service tech showed up later that same day, and was very polite. He very quickly serviced and cleaned out the furnace, did some programming with the thermostat, and it's been working fine every since. I'm very pleased with how quick it got done.

This company called me back the same day and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Once there, it didn't take him long to diagnose a problem with the transformer, and replace it. My furnace is now working just fine, without any buzzing.
