Very pleased.

The original estimate of time that it would take to get my computer back was 3-7 days but the shop called within the first 36 hrs to give me an update and  an estimate. I ok'd the work and picked up my computer the following day. The only problem I had was the continuous "unsupported video configuration detected" warning. Unfortunately I spent several hrs trying to remedy the problem. The following day I took the computer and monitor back and asked the employee if he would help me figure out the remedy. He was most obliging. Apparently at one time adapters were included with the graphics card but this is no longer done. So without the adapter I was unable to get the computer to connect with the monitor promptly. I purchased a used one. I was very impressed with the willingness of the employee to make things right and he did so in a very short time. Staff was polite and more than willing to explain what they were doing.
I am fine with you providing my name and other info to the store where the work was done but do not want my home address, phone number or other personal info provided to the public. If you must use a name use Arlene and omit last name.

My computer failed.  I asked Action Computers to move my hard drive to a portable hard drive.  They did so.  Good price.  Service took only 3-4 days.  I was pleased and relieved.

They are very straightforward and know what they are doing. The technician was very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. The price was fair I guess.

It was great. They ordered the parts and they were able to do the repair and replacement fairly quickly. There were never any hidden charges or additional things. They let me know what was wrong with it. They got it done within a day or two because I use it for work. It was amazing how quickly they got my computer fixed.

I spent $79 on their services I think.  They are an A plus organization.  They’re just very straight forward and very honest.  They just tell you what’s there, and what’s going to work and what’s not going to work.  I think their price was fair.  It’s a walk in service and so they’re fine with punctuality.  I will use their services again in the future.

Diagnosed problem, informed me of the results, gave them authorization to repair, and they completed the job quickly. Slight markup in the hardware cost from what's available online, but that's common practice and they were fair. Larry at the Service Counter and Leon in the back room did a great job.

Excellent service. Extremely responsive turn-around time. The staff at Action are knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I especially recommend this company for those who are not necessarily computer-savvy. Judging from my experience, anyone needing help with a computer repair will be treated honestly and costs will be fair.

They did a great job. They were very friendly. Someone greets you right away when you come in the door. You didn't feel rushed while you were there. The customer service is great.

These folks are the best. I am extremely dependent on my computer and wouldn't trust it to anyone else. They gave me discounts on all the hardware I had to purchase and treated me in a friendly and sympathetic way. I didn't discover the external hard drive had failed until after the internal drive had been repaired. I was pretty tense when the external drive failed, because I thought I had completely lost all my data files. When I took the external drive in, they determined the drive was fine but the case had failed. They repaired it right away rather than putting my job into their work queue. They did not charge me for any labor for repairing the external drive. These guys understand that most people find computer problems very stressful and do everything they can to resolve your issues as quickly and professionally as possible. The three guys I dealt with, Larry, Cameron and Mike, were extremely knowlegeable, helpful and patient. I really want to thank them for all their help.

Action got my repair done fast and for a fair price. They were prompt to start the job and the repairman was knowledgeable and patient. He explained in layman's terms what needed to be done.

This company puts their least experienced (both in computer knowledge and customer service) out front at the repair counter. Ask for the manager. It will save you much in communications headaches. The biggest problem I encountered was getting the ''Counter Guy'' to transpose what I was saying accurately to the repair order. Once they grasped what the symptoms actually were, (after a second trip)they replaced my modem (it was haywire) and I was back in business! I was very happy with the price. It took about a week.

They had excellent service, selection, & availability. It was within driving range & the people at the store were very cooperative & helpful. We are very happy with the new monitor.
