They did good work and I was very happy with them.

Arturo appeared to do the job efficiently. However, 6 months later, the concrete started rotting and decaying. I repeatedly called him to replace it, and he repeatedly stalled. As of July 2010, he has not done the repair, nor do I think he has any intention of so doing.
