Great Experience

My dryer no longer generated heat.  It would tumble clothes but without heat.  I called Able on Friday, 2/22/13, to set up an appointment.  Based on the information I provided, the gentleman said that the heating element most likely needed to be replaced.  He said that this would cost around $165 prior to sales tax and any discounts.  I said that this price sounded fine and he said that someone could come out Monday morning at 9:00.  There was nine inches of snow on Sunday, 2/24/13, but the technician showed up on time (slightly early) for the appointment Monday morning.  He was very courteous and cleaned his boots with a towel prior to entering.  He tested the dryer and confirmed that it needed a new heating element.  He said that it would cost $149 after sales tax and discounts.  He replaced the part, tested the dryer, and was on his way within 20 minutes.  It was a great experience - technician arrived on time and was courteous, the work was done at the quoted price, and the work was completed timely.

This is the second time I have used Able Appliance Repair and I must say I couldn't imagine using anyone else.  Rick is generally early and gets the job done quickly and professionally.  He has a solid grasp on this industry and knows his trade well.  I have always felt he was honest and forthright in all my dealings with him.  I have recommended Able Appliance Repair to all of my family and friends without hesitation.
