ABC Custom Framing

Done quickly and I think for a fair price

After calling the store and inquiring about my prints, I was upset that they were late nearly double their due date I was quoted. Now they did give me a sheet that said my prints could be ready between a huge number of days to CYA (Cover Their A**) but it was terrible business practice as the story only gets worse. I was on the phone with the worker in the back and he became quite hostile as I did, I egged him on a bit because I could tell this would be easy to do, he is easy to manipulate and has a terrible temper. So I called the police for a civil assist to help me with this exchange, although that is a different story as I have a complaint with Internal Affairs and his Sargent right now for how he handled the situation. But while I was receiving my prints and a refund, the worker in the back stated and quot;this is ridiculous, its about two f****** pictures.and quot; and then punched the wall twice, he was then escorted out of the building. So it was me and Jason and he tried to hand me my prints not how I brought them in, and he still didn't completely give them to me securely. I would not recommend these two 20 somethings to anyone! Jason told me and quot;he did not want any one of my kind in his store.and quot; Well I am a wealthy white man so I guess that tells you something. He does not want intelligent white men in his shop. So all, h*** lets make it all human beings, stay away from this shop it will only cost you too much money, too much stress and they lie to you face while you are in the shop.

It's very easy to work with the staff at ABC. They are all very professional and knowledgeable. We received an estimated time of completion when we placed the order and received the final product on time and done beautifully.

They delivered as promised with the exception that they did not have the molding for one or two of the lithographs in stock as they indicated that it was and had to wait 2 or 3 weeks for them to receive the molding from their supplier beyond their promised delivery date. I also had to call to find out if the framing had been completed a couple of times although I had been told that they would keep me in the loop. Their quality was excellent.It is a fairly large store and they have quite a lot of mouldings to select from. I would definitely recommend them. They do NOT do a cheap job and their prices reflect that fairly.

They did a marvelous job. I was very pleased the the finished product and will use them again. It was on time and budget.

It was a long time ago. I think my partner would say that she was very satisfied with it.

Wonderful job! They offer a significant discount on the total price if you DON"T HELP pick out the materials, but instead let their designers do it. Since I am bad at that sort of thing anyway, I was delighted to let them do it, and get a break on the price, too. Maureen has great taste and really knows how to display things. I was initially unhappy with one piece, and she immediately offered to change the frame, but after living with it for a day I decided she was right and really had picked the right frame to make the piece stand out. The quality of the work is excellent! The work was done on schedule.

Despite a little more expense, the projects went wonderfully well. The staff was cordial and professional. They were also helpful in finding a solution to my ''box'' attachment issue.

They are wonderful to work with. Extremely helpful in choosing appropriate colors of mattes. Work was completed before the promise date. All of the work is of top quality.
