The project results are amazing. Friends and family that saw this house before the remodel and afterward are just amazed at the transformation. Working with Ivan and his crews was a great experience. As with all remodels, challenges were around every corner. But Ivan always had a "can do" attitude and was creative in his solutions to the challenges that were presented. And now that we have been in the remodeled house for 3 months, we are stil lvery pleased with the results. Very few post-construction issues have appeared. And when they did, Ivan was very willing to get them rectified. We would not hesitate to recommend ABC 123 to friends and family.

THEY REALLY DID A NICE JOB, THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND PICKED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID THE JOB PROMPTLY, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL WHEN I SPOKE WITH THEM, THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY CALLED TO FOLLOW UP. THEY DID NOT LEAVE ONE NAIL BEHIND EACH TIME WE'VE USED THEM. WE USED THEM TO DO THE ROOF ON OUR HOME A PREVIOUS TIME.
