It was a very professional operation. Hours are 8-5, so scheduling is a little tricky. I couldn't be there to meet the locksmith, so I left instructions with my father who became confused as to which doors needed to be re-keyed, and one door was missed on the first visit. They came back after I called and only charged me 1/2 of the typical trip charge.
