Travel agent (Frank) was outstanding - very knowledgeable about all options, very responsive and not pushy at all.

I wanted vacation quotes so I contacted this company and gave the agent all of my information of what I was looking to do. She said she would get back with me and she never contacted me since.

I was already a member of AAA so I used them on a recommendation from Angie's List and I was pleased. I went to a conference. If you book a flight with them their cost is $25.00 but if it is a combination like a flight and hotel or car rental or something like that then it is free. I will use them in the future.

When they booked accommodations for us, we thought we were getting a hotel room, but when we walked in we were astonished at the size of the place and then we realized it was a timeshare and they were really nice timeshares; with the exception of one, two of them were timeshares, while the other was a hotel room which we kind of felt disappointed with, and I told my wife this was what we actually thought we were getting. The reason we couldn't get a timeshare was because we wanted a specific location and there wasn't any there. It would not have occurred to us to have gone in to find timeshares that cost basically what a hotel room cost, even though we didn't know how to do it. So, with virtually little or no additional cost, we got much nicer accommodations because we went through this travel service. And they also booked the excursions we wanted to go to and made recommendations for us; we didn't want to make mistakes since Hawaii is a long way off. I'm happy with their pricing not because I thought we could do it that cheap but because it didn't appear to be any more expensive than my muddling through the internet trying to compare prices.
