Sewing machine is working well

I brought the vacuum in and the owner said it would take about 1 week to fix it (he didn't want to over-promise). It was ready as promised. When I took it home, it did not work properly so I brought it back. The owner was almost more upset than I that the vacuum wasn't operational. He was very apologetic and fixed it (had to wait a few more days for parts) at no additional charge. Very gentlemanly, courteous and seemed trustworthy. He had a lot of vacuums there from other clients. I would definitely go back there again.

Very expensive place. Plus, not very professional or service oriented. Brought in my own belts to be replaced that I had previously purchased from this establishment. No discount was given for using my own belts. So basically I paid double for these items which were expensive to begin with... Disappointed! I will not be going back.

Dropped off my vacuum at the repair shop. I told the repairman that the vacuum seemed to be shorting out. He immediately showed me where the cord had burned out in the handle. He offered a new vacuum, but I opted for a repair. We agreed that if he couldn't find replacement parts he would not repair the machine. I was called about a week and a half later - it was ready to go. Wand and hose were replaced and the machine was surface cleaned in the head and inside where the bag sits. Vacuum works like new.

The service was great. The store is small and busy, but the owner was always very courteous and helpful. I like things easy and it was easy to go in to his shop to have my sewing machine repaired.

They are so helpful. I was missing a part from my vacuum cleaner, and he was able to pull a part off of one he was working on and order the part for that one. He has thank you cards all over his store form customers.
