Description of Work: Our water heater (which we purchased at Lowe’s 15 months ago!!) was not working properly.

Description of Work: The man who owns this company seem nice enough. I think his name is Jason. They came to my to home and also a rental house to give me a quote on replacing the water line from the house to the street on both properties. I was given quotes on both. The morning they were to replace the pipe to the residence. My husband said we did not need it on the house we live in, it had already been replaced. They did replace the pipe in rental house. It was supposed to be a one inch copper pipe which I was charged for. They had only used 3/4 inch pipe. This is a large house and I insisted they do it right. They replaced the pipe and caused a flood at the street connection. I called the company immediately several tries. A guy I had never seen before came out and tightened the connection making it worse. Meanwhile, Jason is out of the country. The next morning we had 4 inches of water in the basement.. The water company came and fixed the leak stating that it was the plumbers fault but of course Denver Water refused to make a statement later. This damage caused well over $2000. My deductible is $1000. Jason refused to take any responsibility for this. This company caused me a lot of grief, money and time.
