Ordered Waypoint Cabinets through them. Dave was helpful in guiding me towards the best options as well as how to take advantage of the best pricing. One of the Lazy Susan(ordered 2) was damaged during shipping where the shelf tore through the support holes and fell down scratching the inside. Cindy was able to file a warranty claim and I received a replacement unit at no charge. Unfortunately, I didn't do a good enough inspection of the other one because when it came time to install, my contractor noticed a manufacturing defect where the shelf was screwed too far forward and the shelf couldn't be swiveled open, it ran into the door frame. There was no way to correct this without destroying/disassembling the unit, so we used the prior damaged unit that I didn't have to return.
